The holiday home is located on the west side of the island of La Palma, in La Laguna, on the edge of a gentle hill at an altitude of about 240 m above sea level.
The approx. 2600 m² large property on which Casa Heidica is located is bordered by a white wall. A curved wooden gate forms the entrance.

The property is terraced on different levels. On the upper terrace there is the pool and approx. 200 m² recreation area.
In about 10 minutes you are at the beach of Puerto Naos with your rental car.
Casa Heidica is despite its quiet location centrally located.
If you arrive in pairs, you will live in the upper wing of the house.
The German house owner lives in the lower wing when she is on the island. When she lives in the house, you do not have to accept any restrictions, she will not use the pool area or visit you anywhere else in the house. Your personal area in the house also has a separate entrance that you use alone.
If you rent the house as a threesome, you will have a bedroom and a separate bathroom in the lower part of the house.
If there are four or more people in the house, the whole house is at your disposal.
The nearby restaurant "Gloria" as well as other smaller bars are within walking distance of about 5 minutes.
On the property, in the middle of a small palm tree terrace, you will find a large round wooden table, which invites you to relax, but also to enjoy your barbecue.
On the terrace, which is directly at the house, you will find a cosy corner, which is situated under an awning. Here you will find shade and peace.
At your feet, a little to the side, is the pool with the Hollywood swing, which is suitable for two people.
There is no through traffic on the property and also on the plot. You can park directly at the house.
The centre of La Laguna is only a few minutes walk away.
In La Laguna you will find several small shops: A small supermercado, pizzeria, a chicken roastery, but also an organic finca where you can buy fresh products of the island from Monday to Thursday.
There is also a petrol station, a well-stocked pharmacy and a bank.
If you drive from La Laguna towards Puerto Naos, i.e. towards the sea, the next village is Todoque. There you will also find a well-stocked supermarket, which is also open on Sundays.
From La Laguna you can reach Los Llanos, Puerto Naos and also Puerto de Tazacorte are only a few minutes by car.
From the grounds of the Casa Heidica you can start individual activities:
Biking, hiking, city stroll in Los Llanos with a cortado on the plaza in the middle of the cosy little town.
With a glass of wine, once again a beautiful day comes to an end. But the joy of the next day is already big again...
If you arrive with more than two persons, or need two separate bedrooms, the basement of the holiday home is used. You can get there simply by entering the basement from outside. It is also possible to descend to the basement through a hatch, using a narrow and steep ladder. When you enter the basement, you will find yourself in a passage room with a single bed. Through the passage room you enter another bedroom where you will find a double bed. From this bedroom you also enter a spacious bathroom with bath and shower.
Behind this bathroom there is another bedroom with a double bed. From this bedroom you can also enter the bathroom located in the basement.
From both lower bedrooms you have separate access to the terrace through large doors.

The rooms in the basement are passage rooms, but each of them can be entered separately from the outside without having to go through the other rooms.
